Remote and automated starting system works great. Once you push the start button it will keep trying to start in short increments until the fuel is primed so it won’t burn out the starter. It only has 110 volt plugs so it won’t run anything 220 volts. So no water heater or central air so keep a window unit AC around

several parts were damaged or broken. the age cleaner box was broken. the heat shield over exhaust was bent out of shape. one of the brackets on the bottom Wawa bent. it is like the box was just thrown into the truck or in the warehouse. for the price i would think it would be in better shape. haven't had a chance to use it yet, will update after i have used to power my rv.

it has all the bells and whistles that I like, however, it is WAY too loud. if ur far, far away, no problem. If ur standing nearby it, you have to yell. i read the reviews and it said it wasn't very loud at 10' away. That is not true. I'm going to sell it, and get something much quieter. Everything else about is great, but that's enuf for me to only give it 2 stars.

Came with defective battery, i am 78 year old and need a push start. Started only few times with pull start. going back and forth with customer service for repair or replacement. Will not purchase Westinghouse again

I received the generator. Remote battery would not work more than 5 feet away. The auto start will not work it just cranks over because the choke will not close enough for starting then the battery stopped charging 1 week into use All options on this generator are broke. No way to contact for support or replacement parts

Used for 12 hours and now will not stay running. Called the service number 48 hours till someone will get with us. No power still!
