ordered this tv to replace my 55 inch tv. my husband and I are highly impressed seeing as we got it on sale it arrived three days after ordering and has nothing wrong with it got the warranty just to be safe and so far it's perfect for our family and watching our favorite college team play football!!!!
I bought this TV to use on my deck outside and wanted a quality set at a price that I wouldnt worry about it being outside. I am extremely pleased at the quality of the picture and as always Roku is the way to go to cut the cord and have TV wherever you want it.
I was super excited to get this TV and when we received it, it did not work. The screen stayed black. We ended up having to take it back to Walmart to return and basically spent all day going back
Bought this TV as apart of the "big sale" running the same time as prime day. The screen was broken and had to return the same day - a huge hassle. Either this TV is packaged poorly or the delivery service is reckless.
TV had a big vertical line going down the middle of the screen. Not a broken screen, but a big area where the pixels appeared to be out... returning to Walmart tomorrow.
Ordered online during the prime day sale. The TV did not work out-of-box. The screen has one vertical line and everything else is blank. Started the return process.
TV arrived broken. Called customer service to find out what to do. Told the shipping people are coming to get it so stayed home and nothing. Still waiting with an enormous box in my house.
Boxed arrived damaged and once we set up the TV it had lined right up the middle.
I received the the tv and it did not work. So I call Westinghouse and try trouble shooting and it still did not work. So they told me to take it back to Walmart and I did and the people at Walmart told me they will take it back and give me my money back but I wanted the tv or another one at that price but they could not help me.. I guest I learned something about buying online.
Even with me receiving my TV on the day that it said it would arrive, when my husband proceeding to plug it in the screen was black with colorful line going across it. Basically it was damage while being transported to me. I went to trade it out at my local Walmart and instead of getting the same TV they down graded me to a 55. I'm highly upset and dissatisfied with the whole process.
