Westinghouse Bluetooth® 10-Head Low Voltage String Light Set

Love these but am exchanging as they were taken out of original box, I know because Ihave purchased at store another box of these and were stuffed in a box two different sets and one was broken and the other one keeps coming on , not when I have the timer set, it seems to have it's own mind, but these are great if you can get a good set of them

These have a lot of issues, but you can turn this (picture) and tighten the connection. That seems to work, but I'm checking and tightening the connections daily. Just hold the bulb then you can tighten that piece. Can also loosen it and take the bulb out — it has four prongs and a little molded piece, so you can't put it back incomplete. You just have to be careful of the little gasket, it pops off very easily. I would definitely not pay full price for this, if you don't mind messing with the lights to get it to work it seems to work.

I'm going to be very picky about these lights. Everyone that has commented here was totally correct. After 4 months every day use has not had more than 10 days correct

I wanted to like these, but was very, very disappointed out of the box! literally! These darn lights did not work at all, even after reading the bad reviews I kick myself for ordering this junk! I plugged them in and no lights, the instructions day to try the reset button on the transformer/electrical plug - no luck. I had to repackage and return them, I still waiting for an exchange, I really want to like these so I'm giving them a a 2nd chance..Will keep you posted.

I would give them 0-stars if that were an option. I bought 6. I had to exchange 2 immediately because the bluetooth stopped responding after 1-day. I got 2-more sets, and when I got those, 1 didn't work and I had to take it back. Once I thought they all worked, 2-different strands stopped responding after a week. I'm returning them all.

bluetooth and had a pretty good unlimited colour spectrum. after several months they started going out on me, not responding to the bluetooth, and the colour spectrum is off. taking them back!

Agree with other reviews. These lights are awful. They have been great up until now when they go crazy and do what they want. Spent $180 dollars on 3 strands. Worst purchase ever.

Absolutely a waste of money. As the other reviews indicate these light "might" work on occassion but for the most part they decide on their own what they want to do. Colors of individuals bulbs are just randon when you specify a single color. Bluetooth is really a joke. Called and emailed customer service which neither are able to contact or respond. RUN AWAY FROM THESE!!

I wish there was a half rating. Doesn't deserve a one star even. Worked for one evening. Completely, random after that. Sometimes don't work at all. I want just white lights at this point. Who give a crap about my $170 useless flashing lights?! Total waste of money! I won't touch Westinghouse after this and I'm remodeling.

The first string I owned worked fine. Purchased a second string. Second string didn't work properly on its own and certainly didn't work when I connected it to the first string...
