The order was actually delivered ahead of the expected arrival date. Assembly was easy, needing two people for the size and weight. The lights are very quaint at night. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
Perfect umbrella for shade from the hot afternoon sun! The wife loves it glad i purchased this umbrella. Easy set up and easy to operate. Thanks
Haven't put it together yet. Waiting for nice weather. Have started putting sand in the base, which is very slow as the hole is very small.
Love it !!!!!! Really enjoy the solar lights at night.
Love it! Shipped and received on time as promised.
Base post corroded, same on main post-small nicks (see pic), 3 bolts instead of 4. Otherwise I love it. I do think I received a returned item that was used. Contacting seller for replacement parts, I don't wanna send it back cuz I love it and got company coming!
he umbrella is perfect for our patio space! It provides much needed shade and looks great especially at night when it lights up.
All is good except the lights don't seem bright enough.
I have contacted customer service 3 times stating that the solar lights on my umbrella do not work. As requested by Westin Trends, I have sent 2 videos and pictures of the umbrella showing the lights not working. I have not received a response. Very poor customer service from Westin Trends and very frustrating to order an umbrella with lights that do not work. It has been 3 weeks since my first contact and my problem is still not resolved. I selected this umbrella because I wanted one with solar lights. I understand that sometimes things to not work properly, but what I don't understand is not receiving any assistance to correct the issue.
didn't come with no screws I couldn't put it together with out buying screws to put together.
