The product/umbrella seems great! However I am extremely disappointed in the condition of the packaging that was obviously "abused" by FedEx... delayed one day from the promised delivery, and the box was broken open and retapped.

Very heavy to move place the box where the umbrella is to be permanently. Went up relatively easily. Would suggest purchasing the weighted bottom so the umbrella will not blow over

This umbella is perfect. The instructions were easy, but I watched a few videos to make sure. Be sure to get the package with the weights as these are essential. It's very easy to put up and fold down. I like how big it is as it can protect a small group dining in the rain!

The umbrella arrived a bit late, but I received updates throughout the delay. It was packaged well and easy to assemble. The umbrella is sturdy, although the base definitely needs weights or be secured via screws to a deck when the umbrella is open. The color is a true navy blue and looks great, the cantilever works well to put the shade where you want and the arm lifts smoothly and locks into place securely. The plastic 'lock' on the arm could be a bit sturdier - the metal arm 'pulled' the plastic a bit, bending it out of shape but it still works - but it does work to secure the arm. It's a quality umbrella for a very reasonable price, even with the additional weights necessary to secure the base!

Works as advertised. I don't think it will hold up in strong winds, but most umbrellas will not.

We bought this to go over our hot tub. It is really good quality. It's just a little cumbersome to put up and down. We get a lot of wind, so we have to put it down when we aren't using it.

made of plastic that feels like it could break easily. Fabric is the only thing that feels well made. base is ok. Directions are very easy. Unfortunately, we had to more than what the directions said. Im 5 foot, and i can't reach the handle to open the umbrella.

Do not waste your money! Really bad quality, we had a breeze pass through (nothing more) and the bar bent. As if that was not bad enough, the screws to keep it from spinning do not hold it in place so if there is any breeze, the umbrella spins out of place, it will not stay still. Invest your money on another option.
