It looks exactly like the photo. I can fit three comforters in the storage part. The screws don't completely line up with where they need to go to connect with the back of the couch. I couldn't get one of them in, but it rests against a wall so its fine. If you aren't planning on having this rest against a wall, I would look elsewhere because I don't think it would be stable enough.

You will need help putting it together. Its very firm, hoping it will become more comfortable over time.

Very cute and comfortable!! The box arrived via FedEx and was packed in a lightweight box that was beat up!! A corner of the backrest was exposed, soiled and scuffed. The inner lining on the storage area has a rip and the bolts and washers are missing. I can go to the hardware store with specs/directions, and fix the rip on the inside of the storage box with Black duct tape or gorilla tape. Nobody will see that. The soiled area I cleaned and the velvet was slightly scuffed. Nobody will notice and I have throw over it. The sofa is in my camper and it weighs 100 lbs. It's in 2 pieces and I moved it from my truck into my camper myself and assembled it. I am a 61 year old female RN that's had double knee replacement surgery. So, if I can do this…… Considering I paid about $450 for a very cool chaise lounge, that folds down into a bed, it's worth the missing bolts and rip in the storage box. I took the chance and I'm completely happy. You will need extra throw pillows against the side of the chaise. I love it!!! Super pretty, comfy/firm, and functional!!!!
