Needed flats this fall and saw these. After giving them a try it is an A decision. They are attractive to begin with and sealed our pickles and relishes just as well as any flat lid has in our experience. The only downside is after the lid is used we have to throw it out as pretty as it is so maybe we will reuse these for non-food storage jars.

Being a beautiful lid it is a very good lid. I highly recommend putting in very hot water so it will seal better when used. Most brand name lids have stop that step and the failure to seal is quite high. I just hate that they are a one time use, but u still use the used ones, just not for canning.

These lids are really pretty! I don't can but use a lot of mason jars for storage of foods etc.they'll also make great gifts for all my canning and mason jar friends, a great price!

These lids work very well and are beautiful. Ordered some last year, lids still sealed and perfect. The colors and design is pretty and makes an excellent gift!

I cannot vouch for using these in canning but I already opened them to put on my already waiting Augason Farm dried peppers, carrots, celery, and broccoli. I removed the lids I had on them, which were sealed, and placed these on, vacuum sealed them onto the jars that I covered with black ankle socks , cutting the excess off the bottom, then stitching the bottom shut. Dried veggies do not do well in direct light even if it is low light. Oxygen destroys them, too. So, imagine Mason jars with a black sock covering the jar and this lid on them. It looks pretty darn snazzy. Of course, I used brand new, straight out of the package, ankle socks. The lids have an unbreakable seal with the jars, and each lid sealed on the first try, which I cannot even say is true for the name brand lids that were on there. I'm not the least bit worried. Gonna share some of the lids with my neighbor. She does a lot of canning. These are super high quality and so beautiful. I'd include pics, but they never add them, so what is the point?

High-quality lids that seal great. I haven't used a whole lot of them yet, but what I've used all sealed and they're really pretty. I use them on the jars I've pressure canned, waterbathed, and vacuum sealed. I haven't had them long enough to say if they hold a seal long term.

The seals for the jars sealed very well during and is still holding up when I can they see very well. I will buy them again thank you very much.
