honestly if I could I would do zero star rating on this. It's super dried out. it's very clumpy and the tip of the dipstick is not at all as pictured. I love the color and the sparklers really pretty but it's not liquidy at all. I had to use another dipstick of mine to apply it because this one was not as advertised. would buy again if it was actually liquid rather than being dried it out. but now I'm skeptical to repurchase again so I think I'll stay away and find something else. what a bummer because I purchased it after reading all of the amazing reviews. I had about 3 or 4 different ones in my cart and chose this one. my fault It sucks because I was actually really looking forward to using it as I bought it to specifically go somewhere and although I was able to use it, it took me way longer to use it because of how dried out it was. :( I kept having to wipe the clumps on tissue because I couldn't put it on my eyes. it was horrible and I didn't want to ruin my makeup.

When I first bought this, I thought I would love it. Sadly, not much comes out of it with any use, maybe like it's dried out? I really wish it had worked out.

I love this color, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I can't use it because the brush it comes with is all frayed and won't apply the eyeliner without being super messy. It was cheap so i can't complain too much but now I gotta figure out how to get it out of the bottle
