This was purchased as a gift for my mother-in-law who has back pain and needs support with her posture. We helped her put it on and adjusted it to her fit and wow she really liked it. She wore it the rest of the evening. Both My step son who doesn't have good posture %26 my Great Uncle who suffers from back and shoulder pain, also tried it on and were so impressed, they plan to order one. I must admit, I'm really considering purchasing one for myself too. 5 thumbs up… great buy great value great cost.

I am wearing this as I write. I initially put it on and made it tight under the arms and I immediately said it was going back. Then I read the instructions which said to break the wearing in slowly. Who knew reading directions would help? So I'm doing it that way; wearing it loose around the middle and under my arms. It instantly improves my posture, especially keeping my shoulders down (instead up to my ears). I wear it a couple hours at a time per the directions. It is not meant to be worn all day, every day, lest your body “forgets” to do it naturally. It does help my body “remember” for a while after I take it off. I'm trying to wear it every day to “train” my body. My issue is lower back pain which has left me very bent over. This is seriously not good for me, thus the brace. Definitely helping my lower back as well. My only negative is that it barely fits around the waist. I would have liked more coverage. I definitely recommend this brace. Just follow the directions!

I was very impressed with how quickly my purchase was shipped and delivered. I have tried somewhat similar back braces/posture correctors before, but their lack of adjustability made for a poor fit, and hence, they were uncomfortable and did not do what I expected. This unit is high quality and has additional adjustability straps, allowing me to get the fit well dialed in. AND, it was literally 1/2 the price as the same back brace on the big "A"! Very satisfied!

I love my weighted vest. It's easy to use. I put it on when I go for my walks. I wish that I could make it a little more snug. I am a small-framed woman and I could use a tighter fit. I ordered this because I have osteoporosis and I need to build bone density. The weighted vest is great for this. If you are an older person don't do what I did. I immediately wore it for long periods of time, even while working out. My bones %26 joints did not like this at all. Talk to your doctor first. I am wearing it for 30 minutes to start out with and I will gradually add more time.

its made out of good material and everything but when u try to put it on its completely nuts there are strays everywhere and its just a nightmare to put on then when u do put it on it will go up and start pushing on ribs and back pieces will poke in also i suggest pulling the short ones out

I live in Arizona, so I was a big fan of the Arizona coyotes who moved to Utah. I have seen some complaints about this jersey complaining about the quality. For $20 you can't expect authentic NHL jersey quality. For the price I am perfectly happy with it. People have to understand when they buy a $20 jersey. They are not going to get the jerseys that sell for $100 and up. For the price I think it is great. It runs bigger than I expected, but I am OK with that too. If you think you were between sizes, I would size down.

You must do it very gradually or you will only hurt yourself. I found to put it on a light side to start and just let it tighten up every three to four days. Do not try and do it too fast since the goal is to increase but the days it takes is up to your own pace. I know it will not take 2 weeks for what they say the improvement, since I am in bad shape with scoliosis.

Hard to figure it out but i think i finally got it. It seems to be a great product for the money. Son said I'm walking with less of a hump back and already see a small improvement and i just got it today and put it on. Think it is going to really improve my positure if i use it regularly!!

It works, it does, but you absolutely cannot wear this under your clothes without it being obvious and the top poking out, whereas the description implied you can wear it underneath without issue. Adjusting was difficult and the wrap isn't fully velcroed so you have part of it just sticking out. Yes, I got the right size.

My back is always killing me so i catch myself slouching nonstop. I have wanted to try a posture corrector for years and finally ordered this one. IDK if it is just me, but i couldn't manage to get even somewhat comfortable with this thing on. Ended up returning it.
