This was a game changing experience!! I was so unstable on my crutches on-top of my lower leg throbbing due to a broken ankle. My doctor suggested I get a knee scooter with large wheels. He said I would feel safer on larger wheels. No more throbbing and I feel safe getting around now. Love the basket. I can carry my purse when going to Doctor. This is worth the investment!!!!! I also need to mention it came 3 days early. I was so grateful!!!! I was dying on my crutches 🩼😭. The throbbing was so bad that I would find myself not drinking because I did not want to have to get up. I feel so good now 😃. I am now drinking my water.

Amazing product. My husband needs a scooter to be able to move, so he depends on a scooter that is not going to fail. After going through three different ones, we found the winner. This is a phenomenal scooter. My husband is not falling any longer, and he says he feels safe now. Before the smallest pebble made him fall. Now he goes to the street with confidence. I needed a replacement wheel and the customer service is great. They helped me immediately. I could not believe they were so helpful. They have a customer now. I will definitely buy this product again and from this vendor.

Our oldest son, a disabled veteran, broke his foot and we bought this for him as the VA would not pay for it. We were not expecting him to receive it till Oct 2nd. However, he called today and he has it already!! 2 days! He loves it and he really needed it. Walmart came through for us on this one.

Very sturdy, very easy to maneuver, good brake system, very easy to traverse dirt/gravel surface and carpeting with inflatable tires...hard plastic wheels are extremely difficult. Having the basket on the front makes it so easy to transport items from place to place.

I had my surgery 24 hours ago. I purchased the scooter as soon as my surgery was scheduled. I am so glad I did. I can see that it will probably save my sanity as I do not like to sit still. I will need someone to take it up and down 2 steps when I go out into the yard. It is supposed to to be all terrain. If it was not all terrain I imagine it would be difficult going from wood or tile up onto my rugs. The only negative was that one of the hand brakes needed adjustment. The instructions did not mention adjustments. I managed to get it done after watching a YouTube video on adjusting bicycle brakes.

So far it seems to be well built, it was delivered shortly after I ordered it in great shape, box was in grate shape, and all pieces were in the box. easy to put together, easy to use. the only bad thing is I would like to buy another one, but there out of stock.

I am 300 pounds and it is plenty robust for me. Grips are close together and with pneumatic tires it feels a little wobbly at first. Start off slow, learn your limitations, get used to it and you will be fine. The all terrain tires are superb on the uneven surfaces at my job. The included basket does not look too sporty, but at work comes in very handy. Assembly is a breeze. Be sure to fill the tires with air before use, and use a real air pump, instead of the junky one provided. They would have spent money more wisely had they included a cup holder instead. The knee pad is very stiff and will cause a sore knee if you are on it all day. Get yourself a padded cover and put a little piece of carpet padding under that. I have received compliments about how nice my scooter looks. I loaned it to a lady in an air cast at work for an hour or so and she liked it so much she decided to order herself a pink one.

Not sure how to rate this knee scooter.. after using it on a long day it gets very uncomfortable and it the tires are low the pump doesn't work I had to purchase a better one . It just depends on the person I don't 50/50 it just hurts after using it for a long time during the day

NEEDS A LONGER KNEE CUSHION BASE OF APPROXIMATELY TWO OR THREE INCHES. IS A NEW REPLACEMENT KNEE CUSHION BASE ONLY AVAILABLE? PLEASE RESPOND SOON AS I'M UNDECIDED ABOUT A RETURN.

The scooter is flimsy. Tires are hard to pump up and the basket bent easily. It rolls relatively smoothly once tires were inflated, but definitely not sturdy. Glad I only need it for about 6 weeks.
