These garden shears are very light and sharp. Easy to squeeze and this is important for individuals with arthritis in their hands. i fully recommend them....
for the cost it is well wroth it last as long as you don't lost it but if you do like I did you can afford to replaces it like I did, they cut good and they are a nice size to fit to my hand
They were the best priced item I found, especially better than Amazon.
Handle fine and cut fine, but only about 70% of the size of the cutters I am used to. So they seem a bit like toys. I do a lot of heavy duty cutting, including branches that are at the "limit" for small pruners, and I fear these are just too small. I suspect they'd be fine for gentler use, but I wish I'd spent more and bought a more rugged pair for my purposes.
This little lightweight item cuts very nicely without straining the hand, although the automatic lock feature tends to lock after each cut which is annoying and slows the work unless one duct tapes the lock in the open position
Pruner works very well on small items but has it's limits as to size. Certain limbs can not be cut.
They are small -- I usually wear a medium glove -- and feel rather 'not there' in my hand. The blades are nice and sharp now, but they get 'stuck' together after a few snips and I have to use two hands to open. I clean the blades and they work fine for a handful of snips and then get stuck again (I was trimming the dead undergrowth on my sago palm). I really can't complain because I opted to buy the cheapest ones I could find, and that's exactly what I got. Would be better for indoor gardening.
these shears are very cheaply made..they dont work well. i tried to cut long stem roses and each rose cut was difficult. the ends were left looking chewed up. i had to vut the ends with my kitchen shears. i am not happwith these at all. these are $ dollar store quality.these are not your usual quality.. im surprised you are carrying such a poor product. l
Poor quality. I am a farmer, you can better clippers from Ace, Home Depot, and Lowes. I would not buy this brand again. Advertising value $19.00 and discounted to $6.00. I thought I would be getting a $19.00 value. It is more like a $4.00 value.
Child's size...miniature garden shears. Might work for a child learning to help with tender plants, but seemingly not ergonomically suited for adult hands like mine which are small ones. Strong enough to clip small leaves , if not stems or twigs or things of that sort. Does not have a strong closure for putting in pocket. I'm not sure why it's called a pruner, perhaps for bonsai or delicate trimming. As a beginning gardener I was looking for a tool to use outdoors so I will need to keep looking.
