The lid did not align how it should which was definitely a manufacturer error but honestly I had already built the whole thing and did not want to take apart and return. I do know they would have fixed it though I was just being lazy. Otherwise it's perfect and super durable and spacious!

This remote organizer is good quality, it has ample room for several remotes and eyeglasses. It seems to be sturdy and well made also very attractive. We use it on our center console of our sofa and its very functional without taking up a lot of room.

Very nice ottoman. It's small but fits 2 king pillows. Perfect for storing small pillows and sheets.

The item was very nice, arrived on time, and was packaged well. Unfortunately, I had to return it because is was small for the intended area which was no fault of the manufacturer. Wish it came in a longer size.

Good, functional Ottoman bench. Tricky, read the instructions and pay to the little things. It took me two hours alone to put together.

I love this storage bench but assembling the top cushion was an SOB. I needed to prop the other end with a pillow so I could align the holes. Now it doesn't close all the way unless I sit on it. I tried loosening screws a little.

This is a sturdy and attractive ottoman. My only complaint it that once assembled, the lid on the ottoman will not go down all the way. The fullness of the side cushions seem to be holding it about 1" open. I have weights sitting on the lid in hopes that it will lower over time, but it's too bad I have to do this on what is otherwise a nice item.

I was in need of a storage bench for extra blankets and bedding in a small space. I saw this on the Walmart website and it looked like the size and color I wanted. I received the item and assembled it. it looks really nice and has been useful. I gave it three stars because from the very beginning the material on the top is very loose and already rippled. it is not tight like it should be when you receive a new item. the structure or bones of this bench are good. had it not been for the material, I would have given it five stars.

It's too short not tall enough too much you have to go though to put together not worth the amount of money they charged for it
