this item is great ive used it a couple of times and can already tell a major difference in my energy im a month of a set of toddler twins and a set of 9 month old twins this really helps me get through the day i haven't came across any side affects either over all a geat product if your trying to get an energy boost and much healthier than downing energy drinks

I like this product! This is my first time to take an enegy supplement. I work 12 hour shifts about an hour and a half away from home and the drive is brutal. I have trouble staying awake driving after my long shift but since i started taking these I haven't had to worry about falling asleep while driving. They don't make me feel jittery at all which is why I love these and they aren't full of junk. They just help me to stay focused and alert.

It did help with my energy but do not take if you have a caffeine sensitivity. It has 200mg of caffeine in it. Doesn't smell the best but that's a small thing. I enjoy the natural ingredients used for energy. It also focuses on vitamin intake to help with energy. Overall quite good, just keep track of your caffeine intake.
