I needed a wheeled carrier to use for veterinarian appointments for my 19 lb. cat. He fits very well in the carrier and the mesh sides allow him to see what's going on around him. It's pretty lightweight so lifting it in and out of the car wasn't difficult. It rolls very smoothly too. I've only used it once so far but I believe it will serve us well in the years to come.

It works for carrying your pet, it's roomy; the only flaw is not practical on the idea of taking on a plane. The wheels have to be removed to fit under the seat which is inconvenient because now what do you do with them? I would recommend only for the use other than planes.

I ordered this for our dog but it didn't fit. So I was going to return it but it says to keep the item and they refund the full amount. The product is really good quality and certainly recommended. We happen to rescue another puppy and will be able to use the item but will purchase another for a larger size for first dog.

Great value for the money, so far holding up well to transport my 13 lb cat to the vet. She fits in comfortably. Love the two separate entries. Much easier than the pet carrier I had to lug. Wheeling her in is so much easier on me. The cat loves it and my vets office likes it too.

Both Rally (my shih tzu) %26 loved this carrier. Great for traveling, but it absolutely doesn't fit underneath the seat on the airplane. It breaks down easily enough and I had no problems from the attendants to store it in the overhead compartment. I had a feeling it wouldn't fit, so I brought his back-up soft carrier.

Cat loves it and rode well in it. The zippers clip to each other to prevent kitty escapes! Two drawbacks I see are the challenge to fold it flat for storage (this could be my lack of figuring it out, or not removing the flat base) and I want an elastic loop to keep the handle upright when in use, but I will sew that in. Only flaw in mine is that one of the velcro pads on the bottom was not stitched onto the base on one side. The sewer just missed the edge for 4 inches or so. Our cat is 13%23 and she hopped right. In!

It looks a lot bigger in the pictures however, it's quite small. The quality seems to be nice but there are some issues with the zippers. They work just fine but some of the straps and such get in the way. Not a bad product but for $50 I was hoping it would be a bit bigger.

This is a great carrier. It looks to be good quality and all of the zippers worked without snagging. It has a strap if you want to carry it. The only complain is that when pulling your pet around a corner it tends to go real wise with no control. The vet tech wheeled my kitty around the corner and she crashed into the desk. A little fast which means smooth wheels but no control in corners. So be careful!

Purchased because I needed an easy way to get my cat to vet's by myself since carrying in the traditional hard shell case can be quite heavy as my cat is over 15 lbs. As a senior citizen, i really appreciate how much easier this is to use. He still doesn't like going to the vet, but I just take him out of the car, extend the handle and we roll up the ramp to the vet. Plus the cat can see you as the soft sides are mesh. The staff always comments on how nice the carrier is. It has both a top entry as well as a side one, both with zippers. I have found the top entry is easier for me to use as he doesn't escape as quickly, at least as long as I am vigilant anyways.

In the second leg of my very first trip with this carrier, one of the wheels fell off. I didn't notice it until I was at the airport. Perhaps it was three recheck, but nonetheless it is gone. I did make sure that all windows were snapped and locked into place upon assembly. I don't know if I can contact the seller and get a replacement or is this carrier now of no use to me? I'd be interested to know if others have experienced this problem.
