WFW6605MC 27 Inch Front Load Washer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had it for a month and it works great. The only reason I scored it 4 stars is that I cannot change the way the door opens. It opens left to right and I have to life the wet cloths over the door. I'd rather have it open left to right to match the dryer location.

Having issues with first use. Warranty process has been a nightmare! I would never buy or recommend another Whirlpool. Service today and now we need more parts? Seeing how things went today I am not confident in the 3rd party companies they hire nor Whirlpool

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's disappointing to encounter a machine error for the first two weeks upon purchase. We could not use the machine for the next two weeks our load of laundry piled up and have to deal with an outside laundry service, services to fix the error have to be booked twice until the problem is resolve beacause the first technician was not able to fix the problem although had his diagnosis as a fixed problem but not. I have to book another technician service just to fix the problem. It was a very dissappointing experience for us and we feel that there could have been done a much better service so as not to be dissappointed.

We decided to go with the WFW6605MC washer dryer kit instead of the LG we really wanted. Unfortunately we are very disappointed and teust me our standards are not very high. We owne them since 6 months and are a family with 1 kid and 1 dog. 1- First month we had 2 service calls for leaking doors. The had to change the pump. 2- washing quality is weak. Normal stains are rarely gone and we need to clean them again. This is annoying when cycles are each 2h long. This also when using the promotionnal detergent "SWASH". 3- Spin and Drain is often not completed and clothing are often soaked. 4- small detail but no light inside the tub.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am giving my new washer a lower rating, because every time we use the “Clean Washer” feature, it has been leaking! I even have video that I shared with the company that came to repair it. He was unable to find anything wrong with it. The machine was purchased June 22 and already having an issue. I find this totally unacceptable that I am having a brand new machine “repaired”! I am one unhappy Whirlpool repeat customer.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I could not be happier with this washer. I like the fact that it has so many settings depending on what you are washing. The drum is nice and big so it washes big comforters and coveralls no problem. I like the fact that you can set the volume of the sound/alarm on it. It is also really nice that when it needs to be cleaned it notifies you of it with a light on the front so you just toss an affresh cleaning tablet in it and press the clean button.
