works great even for a novice
I never used one before but it was easy and it did the job well and fairly quickly. I did three garments with one water container. they were all polyester and the wrinkles came out very nicely

Bad Quality
This steamer immediately started leaking from the bottom of the cord somehow and now it just stopped working a few days ago. Very disappointed I'm gonna see if I can get a reimbursement.

The brush frame doesn't stay snapped on. It's very frustrating. It's doesn't stay hot through one garment. It uses a lot of water. I used about 3 of 8oz bottle of water on a garment. I received the steamer in a timely matter( within 24 hours) but now I got to exchange it or get my money back, I wasn't sure which steaming wedding party dresses and have left me in a pickle. Because the items need to be ready in 2 two days, it going to take me one of this days to take it back to the store.
