Our first touch screen toaster. Works good. Like the crumb tray. So far works great!

Toaster itself works great. The flaw is were they place the cord. It is in the front so in order to use you have to turn the toaster so the back faces out.

To be fair, I WAS looking for an inexpensive replacement when my old toaster quit. This one looked nice with the contrasting metal tones and I thought the wide slots would be a great feature. While wider slots are good for bagels and thick bread I found that a ‘long slice' feature would have been better to accommodate the kinds of bread used the most. This toaster was clearance priced so there was my deal. I can't imagine paying more for this as it is so cheaply made. It's so light it feels unstable when pressing down on the toaster knob and the cord is very short, probably good for safety but it limited where I could use it, definitely not in my overhead plugs in the dedicated counter workspace where I planned to use it. Toasting darkness dial gives inconsistent results. Don't be taken in by the flashy appearance.

I received the toaster just a few few minutes ago. The box it was in was in good shape. The inner box was in good shape, but it had been taped versus being sealed in the other way. When I opened and unpacked the toaster, it has two dents on the one side. I don't see how it could've been made in the packaging that I received. It looks like it has been repackaged and sold. I can't But that's what it looks like. I don't mind paying for something that is new, but it really ticks me off to buy something. It's already dented, especially if it was repackaged.

100% inaccurate on the shading and doesn't toast on bottom.

I was not impressed when I first got it, but I kept it. Now it doesn't work! All of a sudden only one element works the other three do not. When you push push it down, it won't stay down. So I had to hold it and flip the toast and that was not working so well. I would not advise anyone to purchase.

This is not a Whall product. I received it in a generic toaster box with several grammatical errors. Additionally the product does not work well. It warms bread slightly, doesnt toast, even on the highest setting
