I first checked this book out of the library and renewed it for 4 months until I couldn't any more. so I bought it. I've made 70% of the recipes and they've all been easy %26 delicious. It is definitely my go to weeknight cookbook

Great guide to quick and delicious meals
Full of delicious and easy recipes for those nights that you don't feel like cooking. Already have a few new staple recipes after only 1 month!

The book took 2 weeks to arrive due to a shipping error. With that out of the way, the book is great for someone with a family living at home and not necessarily for older adults due to the nutritional value of the recipes. It was a great gift for my neighbor and her family.
