I've tried a few things and the one that worked the best was KT tape. The issue with that is you have to unwrap it to soak your feet. It would last two or three days otherwise. It got too expensive to change it so often. This is the best of both worlds. You get the sleeve support and the added band support. It's also way more practical financially. Size wise, I measured and bought the recommended size. It's a bit big on the top but fits good on my foot and ankle. It's a worthy purchase.

These are great ankle supports. I use mine everyday and they really help. My husband hurt his ankle and asked to borrow a pair but they were too small so I got these in large for him. He loves them! He says they make his ankles feel so much better and give great support. He uses the straps while working in his shop and the yard and then takes the straps off for around the house. He never wears them to bed. His ankles feel so much better. These are great.

I have some muscle weakness due to a nerve issue and this brought me just enough input to move my ankle more internationally

I love these out of all the compression socks I have these are by far he most comfortable. I did find they run a little big. I wear a ladies size 8 shoe I ordered these in a L next time I would order a M.

I put these ankle supports on as soon as I got them and they felt really good on my ankles. Fit was very good, they feel snug but comfortable.

I like these quite a bit as I suffer from joint issues. The compression socks and the velcro elastic strap are not attached, but separate, which makes washing easier and further compression optional. It definitely takes some adjusting to find the right level of compression without restricting blood flow, but that's easy enough. My ankles ache less, and in fact makes my docs easier to wear.

comfortable and good quality. the sock part is nice. goes on comfortably. the strap part seems to only work one way and is a bit too long. Doesn't allow me to fit tight as I'd like, but still ok with a sock underneath it all.

velco straps, don't have enough velco, so you can adjust the tightness you need, I measured my foot as directed, ordered that size, and i had to pull the straps way to tight, so i could attach the velcro. I gave a 2 star only because the slip on ankle compression sleeve was nice.
