Wheat Montana Bakery, White All-Purpose Unbleached Flour, Non-GMO Verified, Certified Kosher, 10 lbs

I've bought this a few times. Twice from Walmart and once from a local store. I use this flour to make bread flour and cake flour. I also use it alone but it is an excellent flour. If you order this, order with other foods. I ordered from Walmart and it was shipped with cat food and cat treats. I do not appreciate cross contamination and I'm sure you wouldn't either. My flour came busted open and the cat treat that were in a plastic container were also busted. The canned food also had damage to several cans.The box was poorly packaged. If you order, make sure it's sepately ordered from no human grade items.

This Flour is Great for Backing Gravies. This is ny secong time using. I Love to bake and Try new re epies. Where has this Flour been All my Life I Love it. can't wairh to make a Pound Cake with it 7-Up Pound cake. this Flour is Superior to none I have ever used. i recommend it to All Bakers at Home. We've been baking and cooking with this Wheat Montana flour for several years now with great results. The flour is always fresh and the package arrives unscathed. I would recommend this flour for nearly any recipe such as bread, muffins, pie crust and dumplings. Try it, you won't be disappointed! I'll be back for more!

This brand is one of my two go-to flours. I bake consistently and it has never let me down. I like that it is unbleached and unbromated. It bakes up nicely. It is a bit more expensive than most store bought flour, but I feel it is a better quality.

Good unbleached flour. Wish this brand came up with glyphosate free product not just GMO free. Does make great Bread and Quick breads/muffins. Plastic bag works well for storing when you don't have a storage bin.

I love this flour for making sourdough bread. Even though it says that it is an All-Purpose flour, it has a higher protein content than most all purpose flours. It is unbleached, and that is great too! I use this flour everything.

When I first noticed this brand it was more affordable but now the price is a bit much especially for the whole wheat. The product is great but the price for the whole wheat flour is ridiculous .

This flour makes the best lightest cakes and breads and crusts without being specifically for that purpose. Best flour I've ever bakes with. Mixes in well for gravies too.

This is the only flour used in this household. In the past we have purchased this flour from the source in Three Forks, MT as we pass thru on our travels. I was VERY impressed with delivery to our door time. 4 hr from order to on our porch.

I have always enjoyed the quality of this unbleached flour. Because it is authentic unbleached flour, it is a bit heavier than other all-purpose flours, so most of the time I am able to cut back how much flour to use in a recipe when baking.
