I have recommended multiple times
I've had this carrier for over 2 years love it I fly on a monthly bases. It will only hold a small dog mine is 12lbs and very comfortable. It has to go under the inner 2 seats as it will not fit under the aisle seat. But the comfort and convience is well worth it. I've had people stop me all the time to ask where I got it!

Pet carrier
While the pet carrier appears sturdy and attractive, it is definitely too large to bring on board an airline. While it may be compliant for overhead, it is too large to fit under seat. I am disappointed as I specifically wanted it for airline travel. I do not have time to send it back before traveling I am not sending it back but not trusting your Web site for future purchases.

Interior back seam open, glue has let loose. Arrived in that condition

Cheaply made. I don’t see how the handle is going to last long. It’s very flimsy. The wheels are so small that when I tilt it to pull behind, the wheels don’t touch the ground. It’s more like I’m dragging it instead of rolling it. I thought the price was reasonable when compared to similar items. But I also assumed it was of similar quality. It’s the perfect size for my little 5 pound yorkie. I could easily bump this up to a 5 if the handle were sturdier and if it actually could be pulled on the wheels instead of dragged along. I haven’t even put my pet in it yet. Going to look for something a little better quality without spending any extra money first.
