I mean it works but it does feel like just some cheap plastic that has a spring inside, so dont get caught up in thinking its super amazing. Its basic.

It works well for what it is. However, I bought both this and the electronic trigger pull scale, and it's worth getting the electronic one if you really want to know what the pull force is.

The yellow slider that gives the poundage reading doesnt stay in place and falls freely. Its impossible to get an accrate reading. Filing a claim with you guys is a joke and you guys treat customers like they are lying. I filed on three sets of scope rings which 2 of the three where bad. Sent them all three back and have yet to get a refund after sever calls and an email saying the refund had been issued. So you wanted me to elaborate I did. You guys should just have left my 2 star rating be. Your products are getting cheaper and cheaper yet you charge more for them.
