So far a nice bike. Everything thats advertised is up to par.

I can not say enough about the out standing customer service. they did not hesitate on taking care of any issues that I had. they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase of my Googo. and I will be getting another one for a holiday gift for a family member. there customer service is the back bone of this company.

My wife and I love these bikes! Neither of us are heavyduty bicyclists so we enjoy having the boost. It makes us willing to ride farther and in places that we would not have tried before. Nice bike. Rides well and the electric boost is great! Transports as easily as a non electric bike so it's great for taking on road trips ours was over 3,000 miles so we got to ride our bikes in Maine). Now we can ride no matter what we encounter We had a minor hiccup after ordering, but customer service was amazing! They weren't happy until I was happy. Definately recommend this bike!

All I had to do was put together the handle bar, bike pedal, front headlight, front mud flap, and attach the front wheel because the bike arrived 85 percent prebuilt out of the box. Bike pedals are simply screwed on and tightened using the wrench provided. To tighten the level of the headlights, use the provided allen wrench and philip head to screw in the front headlamp and mud flap. All of the gear is mounted to the handle bar all you have to do now is place the collar into the bike column. Installing the front wheel was simple: tighten the nuts on the detached wheel, remove the anchor nut from the bike, insert the front wheel, secure the quick release, and the wheel should rotate freely.

The bike is definitely not for a short person. My husband is 5 foot 4 and it is a little tall for him, but he is able to ride the bike. He is happy with the performance. He did say that when he was going up some taller hills in southern Ohio, he had to walk the bike up, but it was a steep hill. Overall he is satisfied and recommends the product

Great bike, great customer service, and a great price. I had a few issues after the derailer was slightly bent and shipping but the company stood behind their product and paid for the adjustment at a bike shop. I would recommend and I'm going to buy my wife one soon!

You're cycling along a smooth, flat road, and suddenly a large hill appears before you. If you're on a regular bicycle, you take a deep breath, downshift, and start pedaling hard. But if you're on an electric bike, you can just relax: Either the pedal assist will kick in automatically, helping you to glide uphill, or you'll activate the throttle for a quick boost. Either way, you can reach the top of the hill without breaking a sweat.

Product came defective and I'm waiting for money or New e-bike

The bike seemed well made as long as the crack heads, I mean FedEX, knew how to deliver it without bending the front forks so bad that the front tire wouldn't even fit inside the forks. Late delivery and looked like it had been dropped off a cliff. I will try one more time as I think the bike is good. Lets see if FedEx can mess it up twice
