Fun Story, Great Actors, Script
Has been one of our favorite romantic comedy movies for many years. The story, actors, and script are a good example of what romantic comedies should still be.

Never buy a DVD from Walmart.
Beware. This DVD I bought online through the Walmart app came in an unrecognizable format with wide black bars on all four sides of the movie. I went through the return process online and received the following: Hi , We received your return request. Please be sure to return your items to any Walmart before Fri, Jun 20, and we'll be happy to initiate a refund. Just follow these steps, and you'll be good to go. To return to store: 1 Bring items to customer service. No repackaging or printed label required. 2 Show the return barcode on your phone. 3 That's it! An associate will finalize your return. When I went to customer service at the Highlands Ranch, Colorado store they refused to issue a refund. I then had them get the Manager Ben who said it was policy not to issue a refund for a DVD even if the product was defective. I showed him the email I had received about the return and he said that's a walmart.com problem. I asked him what he suggested I do. He said I should find an 800 number and call it. And then he left. I then went through the chat process in the app and a little while later I received a phone call from a customer service rep who worked with me and issued a refund. 45 minutes that I will never get back.
