Installation was easy and instructions were clear. I love that it comes with a remote control. It's not extremely loud when it's on either. It just sounds like you would expect an AC unit too. Not what I ordered and then cancelled when it wasn't delivered within a reasonable time. This AC was delivered 10-22-25 a month after I cancelled. It was not what I originally ordered. The AC appeared used and was severely damaged. The shipping box was unbelievably damaged. Walmart should quit doing business with this third party supplier. The whole situation is unbelievable.
