Easy to install. Slid right in the old sleeve. Was surprised how quiet it is compared to my old one. I like the remote and how you can set it to turn on or off when you want. I also really like how you can turn the air vents any way you want. The air is cold and doesn't take long to cool down a large room. Fast shipping.

My son installed it by him self everything thst was needed the hard pieces of foam to fill in yhe empty gaps around the window the fat and thin strips of foam to go around the air conditioner I thought I would have to buy extra

Quick and easy installation, not as heavy as I thought it would be and it cools a 130 foot gaming room with no effort. If I can complain about anything, it's why you have to unscrew the remote to put the battery in the first time.

Much quieter than my previous Keystone unit. IT DOES COME WITH FOAM INSULATION FOR THE WALL SLEEVE! Many different sizes and shapes...no need to buy anything else.

The unit is a bit noisy.. shipping was horrible it looks like they drop the unit and the left corner was dented and cracked, I wrote to customer service and still no answer about replacement

do not cool area when it is really hot... blows hot air. both of them. we'll never purchase this brand again. gave it 2 stars because it was easy to install and the instructions for opening the box and letting it sit straight up for 5 to 24 hours after opening because shipping puts it on its side and it's not supposed to be on its side.

I could not install it since the plug was not for American outlets and it would not work with an adapter. I had to return it myself. Walmart would not pick it up and on top of all that, I paid $100.00 to someone to install it and that money went down the drain. Terrible experience!
