After reading through everything, we felt a video could've saved a lot of time. Some parts came pre-installed in the sleeve, which made lifting the AC easier. Once we were sure everything was in place, it worked great—quiet and smooth.

It cools our room (about 350 sq ft) quickly and evenly, which has been a lifesaver on those warmer days. The remote is great and has very easy to see buttons. The air conditioner we had before this one had to be turned on at least 2 hours before we went to bed and we would both still sweat at night. This air conditioner only needs about 10-15 minutes and the room is ice cold! We both sleep so much better! The noise level is great too, I can't even tell when the compressor kicks on. It's a nice steady white noise all night. I highly recommend this unit!
