We are in the middle of renovating our garage so we have it set up on the ground, but have plans to mount the AC unit. This machine packs quite a punch and has such a powerful airflow and keeps our garage cool at all times. Even with our ongoing renovation and having various cracks and open windows in our garage this mighty unit keeps our area cool extremely comfortable to live and work in. Whirlpool has always been a trusted brand in our home and I'm happy that we could add an air conditioner to our collection of appliances. I highly recommend!

After reading through everything, we felt a video could've saved a lot of time. Some parts came pre-installed in the sleeve, which made lifting the AC easier. Once we were sure everything was in place, it worked great—quiet and smooth.

Comes with a trim kit. Is best for replacing an existing in wall unit as you don't want to be cutting out your wall otherwise, there are other options for cooling a room that are less space consuming. Can be placed onto a lanai floor window, has three speeds. Has a digital display and operating modes include Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry, and Auto. Great replacement for old in wall units.

Directions were clear as well. Our bedroom is around 160 square foot and it makes it feel nice and cold. Settings are easy to control with or without the remote control.
