Very poor communication with the seller. language barrier. lack of respect for wanting to cancel item due to no delivery date/date prolonged. great product overall in general. would recommend the actual product just different seller/shipper.

I finally got my washer and dryer installed, and I did my first load of clothes. I am in love. It may be a little noisy, but it rings the clothes out, and you can actually see the water coming in through the glass cover and the dry it took such a short time, I absolutely positively 190%. I know that’s not right but that’s how much I love my washer and dryer and I have to say it came from Empire furniture So I had to wait for the install, but it was definitely worth the wait

I was pleasantly surprised that it is just the right size for a 2 adult household. It washes thoroughly and the dryer is very quick. Washing is a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased mine a month ago love how deep the washer tub is I had a front loader that I replaced with this stacked set so much easier to load no longer crawling on the floor to get the wet clothes out. I do wish it had a chime or ring when wash or drying is done because I never know when to check it...bummer. Also the dryer door is very hard to close you have to slam it to get it to latch would like a good tip on how to avoid this because I don't want to break the latch. I am very pleased with it performance it suits my needs perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happy with the quality of Whirlpool products for many decades, but this washer has problems I didn't anticipate. Number one is the water temperature. It will not set to warm or cool, but remains very cold or very hot. No mixing of water before it hits the inside if the washer and clothes. This is not good for fabrics!

It is supposed to have a sensor that will determine when the clothes are dry and EVERY time, my clothes are still wet. When I use the timed dryer instead of of automatic, then I have to dry every load for at least 90 minutes.

This appliance arrived completely broken. It was handled incorrectly either at the warehouse or during the delivery process. It was completely crunched in the middle. We didn’t even take it out of the box. I have been trying to get a replacement, refund, or return for weeks with no solution. The vendor for the product has been difficult to work with. It’s not Walmart’s fault. If you are purchasing from Walmart, make sure Walmart is the vendor. A third-party vendor has made this whole process impossible to navigate.

It was a pain to set up and install. took forever define the power cord

Apartment complex picked this washer/dryer combo when my 30 year old model finally couldn't be fixed. The 30 year old one was better until it died. Even after they replaced the control board, the "hot" setting on a normal cycle tops out at 80 degrees, when I know my hot water heater is set to 125 so sufficient. That's ridiculous.
