The microeave came quickly and went right in where my old GE was. I had secided to try a different brand and chose Whirlpool. So far it works perfectly and Im very impressed. I would recommend this.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It was bought 6 years ago and 4 years ago I got rid of it because it was installed with to small clearance above the kitchen range. Besides, the hood was working badly. I'm curious why you are contacting me just now.

It took me and hour and a half to find the start button and one and a half days to figure out where the cancel, or stop button was! Label the darned buttons instead of putting "+30seconds", and "Control Lock" in their place!

This microwave came with my new house 4 years ago, I've had it “repaired” under warranty 3 times in the first year for a “ DOOR” error. In 4 years, I have now had this product looked at by 4 different “technicians” and the “DOOR” error still comes up rendering the microwave useless. I will be replacing it with a different brand, that has better build quality and better technicians.

This unit was installed in my new condo and I wish I would have researched this before I bought. This unit is noisy and large. The ventilation system is terrible. Every time you cook anything that might smoke a bit this ventilation does absolutely NOTHING to help but use hydro. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
