Whirlpool 18,000 BTU 230V Window Mounted Inverter Air Conditioner with Remote Control, WHAW-181IN

It was a blessing in disguise when my other air conditioner broke and I had to buy this one!! I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath- 512 square foot tiny home. This unit cools the entire house, every room frosty!! The door handle on the front door is even cold to the touch on the outside when you go to enter the house. It's almost 100 degrees outside where I live and it's freezing in my house. I've never been happier with an air conditioner like I am with this one. It was a bit of a struggle and a chore to get it installed, but totally worth it!

Very pleased with this air conditioner. Works as expected. Replaced an older unit that the compressor constantly kicked on and off. This one is so much quieter.

Installed in my living room window, feels like I have central air throughout my apartment. Very quite operation. Highly recommend.

Smaller in size then the unit it replaced and remarkably quiet. Hopefully it holds up for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great AC unit. We added this until out in the back shed since it was getting very hot and so far it's working great. Its not very noisy from the outside or inside and it's not an eye sore. Very nice looking unit. Love the remote feature and that I can set it at a certain temperature. Would definitely recommend.

keeps the whole bottom floor cold. But measure your windows first , this is a big baby. Lacks smart / wifi features

This item is top quality and does what the cheaper models claim. It is quiet and runs on eco all the time. It cools at that setting saving me money over the cheaper model I first bought. So why three stars? Because it was damaged in delivery! The package is huge and a single person cannot really deliver it. So it was dropped on one edge. This led to a significant break in the corner of the front cover. Since you do not remove the cover until the unit is almost completely installed, I did not notice this break. I did not want to remove the unit at that point. I should have, because no one will take ownership of the damage. I continue to make payment on a very expensive piece of equipment that has a big crack that is fortunately on the bottom corner. But still it is cracked.

ordered and was told delivery day , waited at home all day , no delivery, Walmart s biggest downfall to online orders is whom they choose for the delivery carriers, Such a big fail by your carriers....Walmart can't compete until they start having good reliable carrier service with on time delivery.....

only worked for about a month. dont see any return or repair options either!
