(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My wife and I received this as a Christmas gift from our kids. This is the third dishwasher we have had in the past 22 years! I have to say that this one beats them all! So easy to use and it always cleans the dishes spotless! Our other DW's, with 2 different brands, never fulfilled our expectations and we had to wash dishes after they were in the dishwasher, but not anymore! Whirlpool is the only name we will choose from now on for our kitchen appliances!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought my dishwasher to replace an older one that fell apart, was so old parts couldn't be replaced and I'm so happy I did! It cleans well, takes 1hr, heat drys even. The dishes come out in pristine condition. So glad I bought it!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Our old portable dishwasher wasn't working anymore, so we searched for a replacement. We are pleased with our other Whirpool appliances, so when we found this dishwasher we had peace of mind in ordering it. We've been happily using it for about 3 months and love the 1hr wash function!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After waiting over a month to get the same dishwasher from another company I was told by them that it still wasn't going to be here until after Christmas. I was extremally disappointed and that's when I came across a store that I hadn't heard of before. They were so nice to me and had just what I wanted, the same dishwasher as the one I had before. I had my new dish washer form them in two days. It had no damage; the color was right, and it works like a charm. There were only two things that I didn't like about this new one. The silverware basket was much smaller than the one in my old dishwasher and there were no clips on the top rack to hold small plastic lids from falling down. I just took the clips and silverware basket from my old washer and put them in my new one. They all fit perfectly, and I haven't had a problem with doing that. The hose attachment for the water line slips right on and off without and leaks, its much quieter than my old one and most importantly, everything I've put in it has come out clean.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this dishwasher on December 15, 2024, and I'm very happy with it. It's both convenient and beautiful! I'm not fond of steel-colored appliances, so I prefer the white color with wood on top, which is perfect. Moving it is smooth and easy. Its size is perfect for just me; I can fill it up in a few days and then have it washed. I can choose a one-hour wash cycle, but I don't think it dries. However, I often select the normal wash cycle, which takes 2 hours. I haven't tried the heavy wash cycle yet. Overall, I'm very pleased. I've always loved Whirlpool products, and I can't help it. :-)
We know that dishwashers only polish dishes. They don't really wash. You put dishes exempt of dirt inside this device and you recover clean and shiny dishes. Contrary to what some reviewers say, it is easy to know when the cycle is finished: just take a look at the Clean LED. Also, for the drying, I just let the dishes dry overnight.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had my portable dishwasher for 4 months now. Works great, and gets dishes clean. Only downside is it's loud, so need to be mindful of when I run it. Both levels have a good layout, and it fits a lot of dishes efficiently.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this to replace a 20 year old machine that finally died. It gets my dishes clean and fits a lot. The 1 star taken off is because it takes a while to dry them and they still don't feel fully dry
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had an earlier model of this dishwasher. The portable apartment sized one. So when I was need of a new portable dishwasher I trusted the full size one would meet my needs. Lo and behold it sucks. Dishes are almost always wet and the high heat and heat dry are lacking. The previouse model would get so hot the dishes were hot to the touch and would even melt plastics in near the element. Nothing came out wet ever. This one not so much. But hey it gets warm and throws water at my dishes
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We bought this machine almost exactly 3 years ago. During the warranty year, we had to have it serviced 5 times. A power connector was bad, then a pump was bad, etc. For the last 6 months or so it's been working intermittently - it fills, starts to run, then sits silent when it should be running a spray cycle. And of course, when we call a repairman, it works fine... For a could weeks. It's now dead, and we're told it needs a new motor - parts and labour towards of 2/3rds the current retail price. No thanks. I'm *super* unhappy with this lemon, and the appliance store we bought it from.
