(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I just love this fridge! The adjustable shelving in so convenient. The dimensions make it seem small but it's really spacious and it has a space for everything! It is silent and so attractive with its sleek design
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this to replace a 2-year-old Amana refrigerator that had a sealed system leak and the gas released and had none in it according to repairman. I wish I kept my old fridge. I am hoping this refrigerator is better made and will last longer. I went smaller and paid more so I hope have a better product.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After waiting For months to finally get the fridge after unpacked my and plugging it in the freezer to this day still has condensation in the front of the freezer and frozen in the back in the fridge section it promptly froze every can of pop and beer making some of the cans to leak making a hell of a mess now after defrosting the freezer and clearing out vents etc from all the ice the refrigerator section is working fine but the freezer still has the same issues want to replace the fridge but not willing to wait months for another one don't really need the freezer right now so we're still fiddling with the freezer to see if we can get it running properly
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Well, the fridge looks nice. Runs well. Keeps everything cold. Top and bottom. BUT......I had to spend 2.5 hours removing with a small sharp blade all the plastic that covers the new fridge from underneath the aluminum center piece. The handles etc. They put the plastic protectant under all the parts of the fridge. Ridiculous. It wouldnt all peel off. Also, the rubber sealant around the inside of the fridge squeeks like crazy when you close the fridge door slowly. Sounds like its 10 years old. Other than that, great fridge.
We bought this fridge in 2022 and had multiple issues. Water pooling and the fridge making loud noises. We called a service technician 3 times (after the 1 yr warranty of course) and still no luck fixing the issue. Will never buy another Whirlpool fridge again.
Absolutely the worst product and service. I bought two of these fridges for an office, it hasn't been even 5 months and both of them stopped working. one of them has been hardly used. I've scheduled service 3 times. the first time the technician didn't have equipment to fix it, second time, the technician just showed up plugged in the fridge and left and 3rd time he said he doesn't know know how to fix it. I called whirlpool back but they hasn't scheduled a service for its been 3weeks. My client has bought new fridges. Waste of money and time
Ordered from local supplier in October. It's almost February and still waiting. Kitchen torn apart until we can put fridge in place. I've learned not to start a Reno until you have the new appliances! Lesson learned.
I outfitted my basement kitchen with a whirlpool Range,Dishwasher and Refrigerator. Initially the fridge worked for a few weeks then broke down. Had it repaired once, it broke down again. The compressor was replaced. Now after almost two years the freezer is not working, the fridge is not keeping cold. It seems that I am not alone with these problems is there a recall on this model that I am not aware of ? If not then there should be.
I bought this fridge new as a replacement for an old, inefficient drink fridge in my garage. From new, it really only worked ok for first year, although the freezer compartment cycled from frozen the semi-frozen. After a year and a half, nothing would stay frozen in the freezer compartment. Turns out the inverter and compressor need replacing. Would have expected better performance from a name like Whirlpool.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We struggled & finished reversing the doors only to discover a gap on the LHS for both freezer & fridge. The fridge gasket gap isn't getting smaller but so far the fridge temperature is acceptable. Not sure if we would buy a Whirlpool fridge again - reversing doors should be easier & a significant gasket gap should not happen when the fridge is brand new.
