We've been using for a little over a month. Works great, very cold. I left it at 61 degrees (that is as low as it will go) and when it was around 110 degrees outside, it was 65 degrees in my house. It is not as noisy as our last unit, which was a Danby brand. It doesn't have any awful vibration noise when the compressor is running. (The Danby we had was horrible for that.) We are very satisfied so far!
Cools house and dehumidifies well
It was delivered ahead of schedule and installed easily.

On low speed this unit is cooling 3 rooms comfortably, and a 4th room fairly well. Two of the rooms have 10 ft. ceilings. We've had a few days in the 90 degrees-plus

Turns itself off, not even 3 years old from purchase date and was not installed till about a year after it was bought. Very dissatisfied with this Whirlpool product.
This air conditioner started blowing out ice chip. Very disappointed only on the 2 summer use. Wish I never bought this. My old one was 5years old and still worked.
First of all this is NOT a Whirlpool product. Air conditioners are not even listed on the Whirlpool site. The product is a knockoff made by XLS and is absolute garbage. It came with no manual, no instructions and has a very confusing remote. The thing is not working properly so I called Whirlpool and they said they don't make it and sent me to Hyicinth Products somewhere in Asia who said it's not them and sent me back to Whirlpool who sent me then to XLS. Apparently they do not keep a record of who makes what. XLS had a very nasty worker who sucked her teeth and was clearly miserable . I asked them to email me a manual, which, after a significant wait, I received a pdf. So I have no manual, the thing doesn't work and the product isn't registered so they won't honor the warranty. I will give it away at the end of the summer. I think it is FALSE ADVERTISING to sell this branded as Whirlpool and Jet should take it off their offerings. I feel scammed.
just got this, it had no screws holding the fan motor in place, it's $399.99 and they sell you junk.
