Whirlpool CAE2745FQ 27 Inch Commercial Top Load Washer with Coin Equipped

So far this one works very well goes through all its cycles without a hitch and the coin dispenser is very reliable. I expect it to last me again another 10 years or more of constant use.

Since it is a commercial unit, the warranty does not last as long as normal units which adds outside cost. For the cost I would have preferred to buy a normal unit as being a commercial unit it isn't has heavy duty nor contain features others have.

Not super happy with the fact that I had to replace a part on it already but it was a relatively easy fix and have had no other issues

Finding the right page is difficult, submitting a request only leads to a reply telling you there is information missing. Resubmit the same information and the circle starts all over. I never did get a proper reply or solution.

I have 5 of these machines. I've spent more repairing them than they generate in income. Absolute garbage. I have 2 30yr old speed queens that won't die and I can still get every part needed when they do go down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coin operated washing machine in June 2025, in less than two weeks the machine is broken, no hot water, machine starts without putting coin in, the lid doesn't lock and all the indicator lights are off when the machine running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was a disappointment. Within 1 week of installing it, it broke. I bought Four of this model of wash machines. Two broke within 30 days. My particular location in the US, 5 miles away from the Canadian border, makes it extremely difficult for service. My purchase was through a United States retailer. Since it is a Canadian model and I am located 3 hours away from a US service and I can not transport it to Canada for service I am stuck with 2 new machines that do not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a coin-operated washer and picked it up on 3-6-25, it was reported to me that it was not working on 3-20-25. I made six appointments with the repair technician. He replaced the main board 3 times, a door lock, and other items and made no progress for four months. He shared that this model has been a problem. The old one lasted for almost 20 years and the only reason I replaced it was due to rust on the outside, big mistake. I would not recomend purchasing this model.
