[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my stackable washer/dryer for several weeks and couldn't be happier with it! I would recommend this Whirlpool product to anyone in the market for a stacked laundry center.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my stack washer a dryer. I like that I can open the lid during washing if I need to check something. I like the many settings I have. I'm pretty short so I do have to stretch pretty good to reach the controls but that is no problem. I like the double rinse because I know the soap is removed from the clothes. This machine is no comparison to the last one I had. I like the dryer because I know how much time is left on the drying time. I love the whole machine. My next new purchase will be a Whirlpool microwave. I have one now and have had it for years and it is giving me some problems.
Space saver. The clothes come out clean and dry. I had to rely on the description and was expecting a full size washer as it stated 5.9. In looking at the washer it is deeper instead of wider. Don't think the size will be an issue at this time. I have had the machine 3 weeks and wash on weekends. There are lots of choices in settings and all work great. Time will tell. One plug(not included) for both and both work at the same time. Get the clamps for the dryer vent. Definately saves space [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for our cabin!! The only “criticism” I have is that it can be a little loud and the dryer door is hard to open. Having said that there are tons of positives: Very small footprint, cleans quickly and very well, dries completely and very well, easy to connect and seems to be very solidly built!! For my wife and I this was the perfect combo as it accommodates pretty large loads including bedding with ease while still fitting in a small mud room in our cabin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 2 months ago and had it installed a couple of weeks ago. Once we Figured we needed to set it and let it go and not keep pushing buttons, it has done very well since!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it a couple of months ago and just had it installed a couple of weeks ago. It works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this unit has done what we were expecting from a new Whirlpool appliance. Washes and dries with no problems.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my new washer dryer accept how hard it is to open and close the dryer door. The latching mechanism I think is a poor design and hope it does not cause problems in the future.
We bought about a month ago. We had roughly the same laundry center that had aged out and had to be replaced. We wanted to stick with Whirlpool because of our positive experience with several appliances still in our home. What we Do Not Like is the Dryer and the obnoxious sound it makes. It is extremely loud, louder than the 12 year old that we had to replace. If I could keep the washer and return the dryer, I would. I am so disappointed that we couldn't find this unit in stock anywhere so we waited on this unit. Now that we have it I regret the hold out since we are now stuck with the loudest dryer ever!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the appliance 2 weeks ago and the rinse cycle is hot water. All rinses should be in cold water. The manual states that to. Also there must be something wrong with the wash temp knob. When selecting hot water, cold water has come out. Its very annoying and the hot water rinse is ruining are clothes. I think we have a defective unit and I hope they can replace it next week.
