It is necessary to mention that, probably due to the size and weight that remains outside, it may be necessary to add a support. We installed it in the largest room of the apartment and it is efficient at cooling. The material of this product shows great quality, so I can assure you that it is durable. I definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow is all I can say!!! We’ve been needing an AC unit for our workshop, as the previous one was on its way out. While this one is a bit louder than our previous, it cools down so much quicker. I love the fact that it has a remote, as the space we had to install it was quite high up and had to use a stepstool to adjust the settings. It was incredibly easy to install, looks beautiful, and the functionality of the unit is perfect for our needs here in central Texas. We also tested the heating function, and it works beautifully. I highly recommend this ac unit!

The energy efficiency I haven’t ran it enough to tell you honestly because the weather has been very mild and I only have a certain amount of time to review, but I am sure from the reviews. Once I surveyed the contents and realized I had everything we needed for insulation the process was easy. This unit cools nicely and is not very loud. The remote is a nice touch for convenience of turning temperature up or down from across the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love this little ac unit. I will say it took us a minute to install but overall instructions were very clear. The only issues we had were from our design of window not the actual unit. It cools our room super fast and the noise level is pretty low. I don’t mind the noise because I have to have white noise to sleep. I am not sure about the heat part of unit as it is summer where I live but look forward to using that feature soon. So far I say it’s a great product and definitely recommend it.

It has no issues keeping up to 600 sf reasonably cool . The noise is not an issue while some may like the noise of a fan but it’s not loud . Very happy with this unit .

This is a heavy duty air conditionner I love the supplemental heat as it occasionally gets a bit cold during the winter months. You must use a drill. You must be able to lift and hold it in place during the installation. Skill level: 3 out of 5. It comes with a remote control which is plus. The majority of the unit sits outside so be careful. Design is simple and nice and you can’t notice any noise like other brands. According to Canada energy guid, Combined Energy Efficiency Ratio (CEER) is 10.9, which is not that good number but not too bad. This is for anyone looking for powerful nice design AC unit.
