The counter depth works well with our kitchen design and it's very quiet. We looked at several different options but Whirlpool was the one that had the options we were looking for.

I really appreciate that the control panel is not covered with a lot of useless push buttons or screens. It has everything we need. Simple and beautiful. Excellent purchase.

I like the fridge very much. But the flexible door seal on the upper right door has already torn in bottom left corner where the seal overlaps with the one from the upper left door.

But somehow it seems to hold everything that was in the old refrigerator and the counter depth makes everything more accessible.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am quite happy with the fridge. Despite that a month ago the ice maker failed, the service to fix it was fast and easy to be requested online. However, the response from the call centre is similar to other brands; evasive, asking to many questions and finally the person hang off my call after requesting me to check a device that the fridge does not have.

I am extremely frustrated with this refrigerator (Model: WRQA59CNKZ). The LED light has already failed, even though this fridge is still very new. LED lights are supposed to last for many years, and this is completely unacceptable. Looking at the many one-star reviews, it's clear this is a known and ongoing problem with this model. It is disappointing and frustrating that a brand like Whirlpool is selling appliances with such defects. I need this issue resolved immediately. Please arrange service without delay, I expect a prompt response and solution.

After one month, had the circuit board and thermostat replaced under warranty, as the food in the crisper on the left side were freezing. One month later, the fridge and the freezer stopped working...right now it's packed with ice bags, trying to not have all of our food spoiled. The service company has ordered yet another circuit board, and I do not have a working fridge.
