(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought about a month ago. Love the removal agitator. Don't love the amounts of agitation that are offered. I'm used to an older model where the agitator brings the clothes around quit a bit and the cover wasn't locked so I could see the amount of action. Maybe it cleans clothes better, I'm not sure yet

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) What a great washing machine. My previous one was over 20 years old and when it "died", I thought I would never find a suitable replacement. I was wrong. Best machine ever. So simple to use and more important, more economical. Fewer clothes in the load, less water required to wash, so saving money is a bonus.

I was very impressed with the accountability taken by whirlpool when My washer that I had purchased only 14 months prior broke down because of a defective part. Not only did I not have to pay for the service calls, but I had all other parts and labour covered.

It's pretty basic in terms of functionality and washing programs but it gets the job done. Points taken away for not having a timer that estimates how long the wash cycle will take.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love the Whirlpool brand hence the reason why I always buy this brand. Always reliable and they stand behind their product. The only thing I don't like about the washer I bought is that I have to put my detergent in the washer then my clothes and start it. I'm used to filling the washer with a bit of water then detergent. Not the end of the world, just personal preference.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the deep stainless steel tub and the removable agitator. I like the extra rinse option. Does a good job of washing and then spinning the clothes out really well. I've had it over a year now and it recently started making noises after the cycle was supposed to be complete as if it was still trying to do something and it wouldn't stop unless I I unplugged the machine. This happened for about half a dozen cycles but has since stopped and is working normally again.

However Whirlpool had a re call on this model with many dieing young seemed a batch of bad parts coursed machine to die! Within 24 hours we were contacted by repair guy told it might be 12 day wait for part. Was only 6 days. Part installed. Machine up n runnning. ( we only needed to do 2 outside off sight washers. Whirlpool covered. Cost of parts Labour ect. Felt the did a good job

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had my washer for about a month now and I'm really enjoying it. No loud noise like it was going to take off as my other one did. The removable agitator is a good feature for me. I am 83 and occasionally do my own laundry, but my son does it most of the time . We are Very satisfied with it. No dirty clothes from rust f as the other machine was doing. Stainless steel tub is a good feature!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this about 4 months. I do like the Whirlpool brand. I switch back to the top loader from a front loader. Best decision. The but is very deep and larger. It is just a basic model but I am happy with it. The only issue is it does make some strange noises when I only use the cold cycle. Lots of clicking and a bit loud but overall I am happy with my purchase.

I am 69 so I have many, many years of family laundry experience. I never realized a washer could be this bad, I replaced a whirlpool with this whirlpool, mistake. The auto fill is a joke, every load I have to put a pail of water over the clothes in the washer to trick it that the clothes are heavier than they are so it fills enough to cover the clothes. You have to double and triple spin & drain to get the clothes spun dry enough to put in the dryer, LOOK for a washer with alot of drain holes. You can NOT level the washer, it shacks, rocks, jumps around no matter what you are washing. Believe all the negative reviews, they are accurate, I have tried to like it. Will sell this purchased set at a mega loss, they are not even the same height!!! Very sad Whirlpool.
