(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second machine of the same type. Under extended warranty was replaced. The clothes come out very clean. Lets hope this one does not have the same problem. Stuck on spin cycle originally and stuck on spin cycle after repairs.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My new washer is a game-changer! It handles loads effortlessly, has intuitive controls, and even eco-friendly cycles. It's super quiet, which is perfect for my home. Plus, the quick wash option is a lifesaver! Laundry days just got a whole lot easier.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this washer in June and wasn't sure that I made a good decision at first. I wasn't sure of the water level and the locking feature. It also vibrated so much and I was actually scared to use it. I thought the shaking would break our pipes. After getting it levelled while it was spinning, I am now very pleased with this machine and the performance so far.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this unit just over six weeks ago. While we were looking forward to having and using a brand new washing machine after using our last machine for about twenty five years. Well, let me tell you,it's definitely a learning curve, having done laundry the same way for so many years. But, once we started adjusting our way of doing laundry and following instructions and tips, it seems to be working well. The hardest parts are getting used to the new amounts of soap to use and not being able to open the lid to check or add clothes without pausing the cycle. We just have to learn to set it and forget it, walk away and come back when it's done.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am impressed with the large tub size. I can wash my comforter easily in this model. It took me while to master the start as my old machine I just hit the start button after choosing load options and it started. I finally reaiized I had to hold the button for a few seconds. So far I am pleased with machine. I do have a question though. I was using those detergent sheets hoping to reduce plastic and cardboard waste and save room on shelf. Can I still use these in my new machine ? If so, what ones do you recommend?
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had this washer for a month now, it works great and is quiet compared to its counterparts. Has everything that is needed for washing and easy to use. Definitely recommend.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this washer a month ago and it is working good so far. I purchased the same model 5 years ago and that one stopped working, it would not spin the cloths out properly so I hope that the old one is good for parts. I would be OK with getting 5 years from my new washer, as that is about as long as any washer lasts these days!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second washer, the first broke before the year was up, after several attempts to fix it I was finally given a new washer. This washer has done the same thing twice so far so not sure if it will last.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Tw years old, had to replace control board. Part was not available locally . This is apparently a common issue. Three households in my family have had same issue with Whirlpool appliances . I am currently trying to find someone to repair the circuit board so I'll have a spare. I do not like adding to the landfill because of sub standard production.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this washer a year ago and it stopped working now. This product worked only for 1 year. I'm very disappointed. What type of product is this. When I called whirlpool customers support to help me on this And fix it. They declined my request and person on the phone did not gave me any other possible solution.
