[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago. It took a couple of months to come in. I had to switch the handle to a left opening position. The instructions explained the handle switch and without to much trouble o did it. It would be great if you could order cooler to open either way. I like the metal rack pull out shelves. It was a good purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that we can keep our drinks in this to save space in our refrigerator!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this unit and could not be happier! Silent, great presentation, solid, and ease of use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great addition to our alcoholic life resulting from governmental lockdowns. Never before was over-serving ourselves so easy. Combined this wine refrigerator with Door Dash and Other services we've never been on d STO many wine highs. Great purchase!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our existing Jenn-Air wine cooler died and no appliance group could fix due to parts issues, I did a lot of research on the replacement options. Whirlpool had a better quality product. Many others have racks that don't slide well and they just don't look good. Also, many were not quiet. We are very happy with our decision. But if you are adding this product to an existing 24" wide undercounter space, It's tight. We had to modify. The specs online don't match actual product. Look at the product owner's manual for more accurate dimensions.
High quality appliance and love the look and capacity. This appliance holds double the amount of wine compared to another product I still own and integrates nicely with my other Whirlpool appliances. I did have trouble moving into the custom space under the counter top, but this falls on my builder and not the appliance. Also, you have to open the door completely in order to pull out the sliding racks as it sometimes catches on the rubber seal. It's really not a big deal and have gotten used to it after opening/closing it a bunch of times. So far, I'm very impressed and satisfied. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought the wine cellar on line and it is exactly what we wanted. Delivery was as promised and the appliance is a welcome addition. Some times I do hear the compressor run but it is quiet compared to other units I have researched and listened to. Well worth the money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Pros - Love the two temps for whites and reds. Does a great job cooling as expected. Cons - replaced a JennAir unit (also made by Whirlpool) and the dimensions for depth and height were different. You'd think with an under counter product that the company wouldn't make these types of changes. We had to make cabinet modifications to get it to fit. Also, you need to be able to open the door further than 90* to get the shelf out past the gasket. Terrible design. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am somewhat disappointed in this wine center. First I can't set the temperature I want, the lowest it will go is 41 degrees. Secondly it is SO loud. When it shuts off the whole thing shakes and the sound while it's running is quite obnoxious.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge 2 weeks ago. The metal on the outside of the door is constantly wet. Water drops fall on the floor. The Whirlpool service has been a disaster, they only say that it is normal. Something I highly doubt, I have friends who have the same fridge and it doesn't happen to them. They haven't explained why the water is there, which goes beyond condensation or humidity. If it is because of the temperature, then perhaps adjusting the temperature would help control it, but the technician hasn't explained anything to me about it. Only that it is normal, that they regret the situation and that they have closed the case. If the water continues, corrosion will begin soon.
