(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This machine works great. Only issues is the spin cycles I find cut out to early and sometimes the load is still wet.

The only issue I've had is figuring out is how to increase the volume for the end of cycle when washing is completed. This is only a problem because my laundry room is at the far end of the house. Other than that I have no complaints.

Previously, I had the Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer and it had that feature. I like the size of the drum and I like the light. I never had a light inside the washer before. I like the load & go dispenser. I wish there was a way to change the sound function and the countdown before it locks the doors but those are minor. Overall, it is a good machine.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am enjoying the washer dryer and really like the functionality so far. Really like that detergent does not have to be added each time. The large compartment holds up to 40 loads worth of detergent and let's out only what's needed each cycle. Amazing!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this washer about three years ago and after several months began to have issues with it stopping in mid cycle. I followed the instructions to unplug the washer wait several minutes and replug it. For a short while this worked but it was frustrating. Then it stopped working and we had someone come in to repair it by replacing the mother board. This worked for another year or so and it began to act up again. Thankfully we had an extended warranty and after the service department determined it wasn't worth repairing, they replaced the unit with another identical model. As long as it works, we have no issue with the mechanics of the washer, but I strongly suggest in todays world of electronics, you purhase an extended warranty.

After about 18 months, the washer started leaking out of the top detergent dispenser. We have checked water pressure, checked for blockages, everything we can think of. The leak keeps getting worse and we have finally had enough. Bought a cheap top load used washer that's 7 years old and it works better than this. I regret wasting my money on this one.

I have used multiple units before, Samsung, other Whirlpool, and some other I cannot recall the brand. We got this unit when we purchase our home two years ago, so may be the previous owner didn't take good care of it? but this unit is nothing but trouble to us. sock got caught to the drain, so we actually ended up have to bag all the socks before we put it in machines, which we didn't have to do with our Samsung or another whirlpool unit we used. then the soap dispense made it difficult to access to the filter if small thing get caught in it, again with this unit it happened 4-5 times in the two years we have it. then the machines just broke..... when i looked up the serial number it was only a 4 years old machine. this makes me go back to Samsung unit.
