Whirlpool 5.2, 5.3 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with 2 in 1 Removable Agitator

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am very happy with my purchase. This one comes with a few different features. Time will tell if this is more durable than my last washing machine. I really like the delayed start, I can have the laundry ready to go at the cheaper time with hydro. The water dispenser !! Plus I get a notification on my phone when it's done, which helps as it's on a different floor.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This whirlpool washer has a few things that I love. The removable agitator is great for larger items, but I like being able to put it back in the washer for smaller loads. The automatic soap dispenser is so convenient. Not filling the machine with soap every time is a great idea.

The agitator motor is very noisy. had I known about this before purchasing the machine, I would have kept shopping around. Also frustrating me and causing alot of wasted time: having a terrible time trying to locate an instruction manual that explains the features and functions of the machine. Also, after downloading the app and trying everything I'm still not sure whether I can connect this machine to the app. Basically not 100% satisfied with my selection or Whirlpool's owner support tools.

I bought this washer and dryer set 3 years ago, thankfully purchased the 5 yr extended warranty, I am very disappointed nothing but problems, I had to have serviced in the first 6 months for loose drum bolts were loose and one missing, have to service one year later for new power board, also had to replace the power board in the matching dryer, washer gets unbalanced very easy, runs very loud hear through the house on all cycles. I do not like the detergent dispense no way of measuring how much detergent being used, clothes not coming out clean, I am a senior we only have 2-3 loads a week and the clothes are not heavily soiled or stained. Dryer keep having power failures, shutting down, have to reboot the electrical panel even after replacing the power board. I have purchased several new watchers and dryers during the years but this has been the worst experience, I do not recommend this product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer goes off balance and stops so much with even the smallest towel/bedding cycle. I have to continuously adjust the load for it and whatever automatic distribution it says it's doing, doesn't seem to work either. If I only wanted to wash clothes, then I'd be happy, but for anything the slightest bit heavier, this machine is a let down

This machine is one month old. I have under loaded it due to fear of it breaking and my lack of money to repair. Yet still somehow for some reason, it is unusable. Piece of garbage do not buy this. The dryer that goes with it is fantastic, but the washer is a piece of crap.

I bought this washer a year and a month ago and now its now working. Of course, the warranty is only a year so now I have to pay to get it fixed. You would think for as much as this thing cost,it would have at least a two year warranty. The malfunction is no water dispenses to wash clothes. Washed a load of towels and the claen machine came on, drop a tablet and turned on clean and it was done in less than two minutes. Tablet still in tub. The tap works for hot and cold but not water comes out for any cycle. WOW!!!! Got to love SENSORS!!!

I've never been so disappointed in a product. First off there isn't nearly enough water being dispensed for each cycle, even when choosing the max fill option. It doesn't even cover the top of the clothes. You would think during the wash cycle with an agitator that it would wash clothes more effectively but the clothes don't move more than 1/4 inch during the actual cycle! …… an hour and a half later when the cycle is supposedly don't the clothes that were on top came out dry and dirty because they never actually submerged.
