Whirlpool® WED5050LW 7.0 Cu. ft. Top Load Electric Moisture Sensing Dryer with Steam

I bought this dryer at the end of August when a friend suggested getting a whirlpool product when my old dryer stopped working and I have to say I'm really liking it. It was easy to install and easy to understand the settings and it is a very good price to go with it too I would recommend it to anyone.

Only thing I don't like is the sound it makes when it's finished is not very loud and I don't always hear it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love this dryer! It dries everything so quickly and has a large capacity! Has lots of different settings and it's easy to use and maintain. You can actually feel the difference between low and high heat settings unlike my old one! It's pretty quite and it was super easy to set up!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After initial hiccup very pleased with size and speed. When it first came the steam feature on the dryer caused a leak around the door seal but the tech quickly fixed the issue and now very pleased with performance.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like the efficiency and quietness of the dryer BUT I don't like having to slam the door hard when I want to close the door. There must be some way of fixing this problem so please let me know how.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) we bought this a month ago and so far have been quite happy with it. there is a downfall with the noise that we are listening to when it is running, as it is not well insulated as compared to our older model that we replaced this one with. we find this one to be very easy to work with and gets the job done.

We have had this dryer for 3 months. It is large and fine, but in some ways I miss my old one. The settings are fun on this dryer and the sense dry is handy. However, for loads like jeans and towels, sometimes they're still slightly damp. That's minus one star. The other huge con for me is the lint screen. I *hate* that it's on the top of the dryer. When I pull it out to clean it, dust from the screen gets everywhere and it makes much more mess than my old one with the trap at the bottom of the door. I suggest Whirlpool considers changing this feature.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this dryer to replace one that was damaged in a flood. I wish I had done a little more research, but we were under some pressure. The dryer usually dries clothes pretty well. I also like the number of settings that are available. I don't like the type of lint trap on top of the dryer. The door is hard to close. I wish it had a timer and a louder end of cycle signal.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased the dryer a couple of months ago and I love the features on the dryer (as it is similar to the washer). My disappointment is the dryer door. I find that it is very light and feels like it doesn't have any weight to it.
