(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased our Whirlpool 7cu ft front load dryer with moisture sensor a month ago. It has all the settings we need and then some. We use the normal setting for most loads, even if there are a variety of items in the load the heavier items come out dry and the smaller items are not overheated.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Dryer works well..door clasp is a little too tight but expect that to get better over time.We have not tried the steam setting yet..so far appears to be a good dryer..but we have only had for a little over a month.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have to admit I am partial to Whirlpool Gas Dryers. Very durable, quiet and several drying cycle options. Looks nice too. One qualm I do have is the difficulty of closing the door, basically have to slam it to shut! This was unlike my previous Whirlpool dryer. Nice large 7.0 cubic ft size drum, perfect!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The door is too stiff. I have to put all my weight against it to close the door, and then it's difficult to open after. The timer only works on "Timed Dry", cannot be used on say "Delicates" or other settings. The top of the dryer slopes forward so I can't use it to stack clothes on while it's running or they slide off. Overall, not as good as a previous Samsung we had.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The dryer does dry, but the design for the steam function is terrible. I had the service tech out shortly after installation to address the issue but he mentioned that "it's the design and has been optimized for the noted use". The issue is that if you are using the team function with less that a full load, the stream jet shoots straight at the door and condenses. This results in water streaming out of the door and pooling on the floor. Not what I would expect.
