(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The dryer does dry, but the design for the steam function is terrible. I had the service tech out shortly after installation to address the issue but he mentioned that "it's the design and has been optimized for the noted use". The issue is that if you are using the team function with less that a full load, the stream jet shoots straight at the door and condenses. This results in water streaming out of the door and pooling on the floor. Not what I would expect.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased our Whirlpool 7cu ft front load dryer with moisture sensor a month ago. It has all the settings we need and then some. We use the normal setting for most loads, even if there are a variety of items in the load the heavier items come out dry and the smaller items are not overheated.

I also purchased the washer that's paired with this dryer and it's been close to one year and it is just as be easy to use and to operate. Great

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The door is too stiff. I have to put all my weight against it to close the door, and then it's difficult to open after. The timer only works on "Timed Dry", cannot be used on say "Delicates" or other settings. The top of the dryer slopes forward so I can't use it to stack clothes on while it's running or they slide off. Overall, not as good as a previous Samsung we had.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm extremely disappointment with a recent washer and dryer set I purchased. I chose Whirlpool based on its strong reputation for quality and innovation, and I was especially excited about the removable agitator feature — it felt like a great step forward in flexibility and convenience. I purchased the units on August 8, and although I didn't begin using them until August 20 due to being away on holiday, my experience since then has unfortunately been underwhelming. From the first few loads, I noticed that my clothes often come out with a white residue, even when using the Deep Fill and Extra Rinse options. I've carefully measured detergent and followed the instructions, but the issue persists — leaving clothes feeling as though they haven't been properly rinsed or cleaned. In addition, the agitator doesn't seem to actually agitate. Clothes sit in the water with minimal movement, and I've questioned whether they're being cleaned at all. This is especially disappointing considering the feature was a major reason I chose this model in the first place. Beyond that, the overall build quality of both machines feels far cheaper than I expected. The materials don't feel sturdy or premium, which is concerning given the investment I made. To make matters worse, both the washer and dryer are far louder than I anticipated — enough to be disruptive, even with doors closed. I had genuinely looked forward to using this new set, so it's disheartening to be this dissatisfied so soon after purchase. I would really appreciate a response addressing these issues, and I'd like to understand what options are available to resolve this situation.
