[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the dryer a week, so I can't speak about longevity, but so far everything is good. It dries well and is very quiet. The moisture sensor seems to work very well. Haven't had anything come out damp. The delivery was excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new dryer! I can't say enough about it. I brag to everyone. First I love the color. It dries thoroughly without needing extra time. The multiple settings are fantastic. The dryer lint trap is easy to clean out. If you're looking for a new dryer this is a great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use with lots of preset settings. Sleek looking as well. We were in need of a replacement and this was a perfect one for to upgrade to. I like the app feature that tells me when the cycle is done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sensor drying, and the many different settings for every type of load. I also like being able to check on the app if the load is done or how much time remains, it saves me from having to run up and down to check
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces a dryer that was 20 years old. Attractive appearance. Larger volume will help with items such as comforters. It has much more flexibility in the choice of drying cycles which is helpful but requires a learning curve. /overall performance is flawless.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer, while noe inexpensive to purchase, has proven itself to be both faster and quieter than the previous model Whirlpool it replaced. Whilel its just a few months old, it is doing the work it was designed to do .. excellently. We just hope it keeps up the good work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Whirlpool dryer is fantastic. It dries exceptionally well, is quiet and efficient. My clothes, sheets, towels come out less wrinkled and the capacity of the dryer is great. Very happy with this purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lint remover screen has a white fuzzy lining about an1/4” around the outer edge. This is not a very thought out add on. It is already looking dirty and hard to get all the lint off. The plastic down the middle of the screen is also irritating to get all the lint out. Sometimes trying to fix the screen lint holder should be left like the old days. I had no problem without these two add ons.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We contacted Whirlpool due to person in household with disability having difficulty operating washer/dryer, questioned if there were any work arounds. We spoke with Product Specialist Care Team along with follow-up emails, this person had "0" concern, compassion or empathy for our situation. Unfortunately when purchasing units washer/dryer they are not operating so it is unknown until after purchase if it meets the needs of the person purchasing the appliance. Due to the abrupt manner of response, I forwarded communication to Whirlpool CEO Mr. Marc Bitzer to date, no response has been received, due to experience, Whirlpool and their subsidiaries will not be a go to product name when purchasing any new appliance in the future.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems just OK. I actually prefer the Whirlpool Duet Dryer I got rid of better. This one takes longer to dry. I don't like that the light inside goes off before I am even halfway done pulling out my garments to fold. It's too dark to see inside without the light. It should stay on until I close the door, but it doesn't. Also - I have dog fur on my clothes frequently. When my Duet would dry the clothes, the dog hair would catch in the lint trap as they cycle in the dryer. Now, annoyingly, it just bundles the fur up into little balls and deposits them onto all of my clothing. I have to spend an hour after each load picking all these fur balls off my clothes, while my lint trap has barely anything in it. Very frustrating. This happens no matter what cycle I put it on. If you are a pet owner, I would not recommend this dryer. The matching washer does the same thing with the fur.
