Easy to install. Slid right in the old sleeve. Was surprised how quiet it is compared to my old one. I like the remote and how you can set it to turn on or off when you want. I also really like how you can turn the air vents any way you want. The air is cold and doesn't take long to cool down a large room. Fast shipping.

My son installed it by him self everything thst was needed the hard pieces of foam to fill in yhe empty gaps around the window the fat and thin strips of foam to go around the air conditioner I thought I would have to buy extra

Installation was easy and instructions were clear. I love that it comes with a remote control. It's not extremely loud when it's on either. It just sounds like you would expect an AC unit too. The unit is a bit noisy.. shipping was horrible it looks like they drop the unit and the left corner was dented and cracked, I wrote to customer service and still no answer about replacement

It works great. Not too noisy.

I could not install it since the plug was not for American outlets and it would not work with an adapter. I had to return it myself. Walmart would not pick it up and on top of all that, I paid $100.00 to someone to install it and that money went down the drain. Terrible experience!
