Whirlpool CAE2795FQ 3.3 Cu. Ft. White Commercial Top Load Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this non-vend top load washer in March, 2025. I have been pleased, so far, with fast wash cycles and clean results. I am most pleased with the compact size of a unit that still gives top performance. Not having to deal with all the bells and whistles that have become the norm on most washers today is an added plus for this appliance.

The machine has performed very well with low operation noise and very good quality of cleanliness of washed items. The machine is very simple and easy to operate with less confusing controls and is very well built.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Larger capacity for clothing. Actually clothes come out cleaner. Spins clothes more throughly, so drying time is shorter. Very sturdy machine. Only wish it had option to add bleach and fabric softener

Our experience with these is they do not last very long after five years, at the most, in the hotel. These are not true commercial washing machines. If they were they would last longer than 4-5 years. This is like what you would by for your house, not for a Hotel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and it started out great but after only a year it broke down. I was told that the mother board was bad. It was covered under warranty. The repair center said it was a known issue and had replaced dozens of them. It has run great since then and really does do a good job getting cloths clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a commercial washer it can't handle a regular load of clothes and it is overloaded. The lid lock is constantly having issues. I've had to call for repair 3 times and it's only a few months old. I would return it if the return window wasn't closed.

This started happening about 5 weeks after I bought it. I've made several attempts to contact Whirlpool to get service under the registered warranty over the last 5 weeks, and still have a broken washing machine in my laundry room.

My last machine I bought which was a whirlpool washer also, gave out after just over a year of mild use. I hope this one lasts much longer. I was really disappointed at the short life span of it. If this one does not last long I will never buy another whirlpool product again.
