Unreliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this and I have had major problems. CPU module needed complete replacement, issues with clothes not properly draining. Poor reliability would not recommend

Washing machines frequent issues
In the first year that we purchased 3 new washing machines we have had multiple issues with all 3 washing machines. Error code F27 was common but there were other codes as well. Doing a reset resolved Error code F27 in several cases.

They have broken down more than our old washers, I will never buy Whirlpool again.
