[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace my old refrigerator that stopped working after 17 years. Although I had a very short time to review the different refrigerators on the market, I decided to go with Whirlpool. I really liked the features that the Whirlpool had to built into the unit, the size specifications for fitting into the kitchen space and the reviews for this model. After a month of use, I am very happy with my purchase. The only issue that I would like to see improved would be the 24 hour delay in using the water, ice maker, freezer and refrigerator once it was plugged in. If it could be up and fully functional in less than 24 hours, it would be outstanding.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Whirlpool. I purchased a French Door refrigerator model WRF757SDHZ purchased in 06/15/2022 . After approximately 1 1/2 years the interior lights have stopped functioning, which has made it difficult to see inside the refrigerator. Additionally, there is a persistent ticking sound coming from the appliance, which is quite concerning. I have always trusted Whirlpool products for their quality and reliability , but these issues have been quite disappointing. I kindly request that you assist me in resolving these problems, whether through repair, replacement, or any other suitable solution. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

The water filters are way too expensive we had the fridge for 6 months and the compressor failed all our food went bad. No way this product should fail that fast.. the second whirlpool product to break in 6 months. i expect better from an American product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed with this French door coming from a different brand this unit looks nice but has a defective seal on the freezer or bad insulation? Idk what the problem is other than everyday I have to wipe the freezer seal of water or I end up with a puddle on the floor.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I fee very sad with this product. Just one month of use, I kept having problems as ice maker wasn't working. It technician came and changed the sensor and yet no ice, second technician came and other parts were changed before it worked. Whirlpool refused to change the fridge for a new one. Am stocked with it and I wonder what will spoil in the next six month?

Condensation in freezer leading to ice build up. Yoder plate separated from the unit causing air to come in. Ice builds up within a week, fan start to hit ice leading to very loud. Not a replaceable part. Good fridge up to this point however it should not fail after only a couple years. Service gave me 15% off towards a new fridge, which I don't think I can consider. This fridge only has 1 year warranty. Highly recommend people get extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace refrigerator, 6 weeks in. Had service out multiple times. Cannot fix it. Whirlpool will do nothing. Makes constant abnormal loud click sounds. Whirlpool says it's normal but deemed another customer with the same issue as abnormal and unfixable and replaced their fridge. Inconsistency with whirlpool, depends on the tech you get and what their mood is. Whirlpool does not stand by their products. Never again. Fridge was 6 weeks in and it was so loud that we could not live with it. Didn't buy whirlpool again, that's for sure! New fridge is nice and quiet and normal.
